WBH Water GmbH becomes part of the KF Corporate Group

We are delighted to welcome another renowned company to our group of companies: the acquisition of WBH Water GmbH on 1 July 2014 represents a further step in our growth strategy and strengthens our position in the field of (waste) water treatment and technology.

About WBH Water GmbH: WBH Water is based in Hillesheim in the Vulkaneifel region and is a family-run company with around 45 employees. WBH Water has been a specialized company for the construction of drinking water and wastewater systems for 75 years.

What does WBH Water offer? WBH Water operates regionally and nationally, within a radius of around 300 kilometers, and primarily serves municipalities, public utilities and other public institutions. The business areas include drinking water, wastewater, cooling and process water, flood and rainwater as well as EI&C technology and range from planning and production to switchgear construction and installation through to service and maintenance. The company's strength lies in the flexible and customer-oriented realization of projects and the use of synergies through cross-divisional cooperation.

What does this mean for us? The integration of WBH Water GmbH further expands and strengthens our portfolio with a comprehensive range of services in the field of (waste) water treatment and technology. This enables us to support our customers even more comprehensively and offer innovative solutions. We are convinced that the merger will create great added value for both WBH Water and the enlarged KF Corporate Group.
