Elimination of high benzene and hydrogen sulfide concentrations. If the working filter is satured with pollutants that the limit values are exceeded in its output, the previous police filter becomes the working filter and the filter with unloaded activated carbon becomes the new police filter. The activated carbon of the loaded filter is removed and replaced with fresh nes. The satured activated carbon gets regenerated by an approved system and can be reused in the same way.
An important component is the measurement of the LEL, because benzene sometimes occurs in concentrations that can reach the lower explosion limit.
Therefore, the system was designed in ATEX and the continuous measurement ensures that the LEL value is permanently undershot opens. When 50% of the tolerable amount is reached, a bypass valve for dosing fresh air is opened, which significantly reduces the concentration of harmful substances in the system.
